The Friends of Yellow Creek (FOYC) members attended many workshops and seminars and reported back to the entire committee. In April, the Earth Day activities included volunteers planting tree saplings provided by the Bath Grange. The FOYC again sponsored a booth at Bath Community Day providing information about rain gardens and people were directed to view the two rain gardens located at the entrance of the Bath Community Activity Center. The FOYC also sponsored a Rain Garden Giveaway Contest with the winner receiving a garden constructed and planted on her property.
